How do I make a reservation?

 
 

From the main page , you can just click the destination you need to book your hotel in , and from the main table of hotels for this particular destination you can select the category of the hotel you like. Our website is also giving you the facility the data base table through which you can sort hotels by destination, by rate or by category.

After choosing the hotel you want to stay in and press or click on " Book Now " Button at the hotel page. You will be taken into a Reservation form. On the form, just follow the instructions. After you fill out all of the needed information; press the "Submit Reservation" button.

How long will it take to get a hotel's confirmation?

 
 

Once you submit the reservation form, Our reservation staff will immediately work on it based on the allotment we have in hotels all over Egypt , and will get back to you with the final confirmation within 48 hours.

What if the hotel I requested is not available?

 
 

You will be notified via e-mail if your requested hotel is not available. And our Operators will advise you with other options of hotels of the same standards, prices and in the same area for your considerations.

Please remember that , very early booking is strongly advised during peak periods ( I e Easter – Christmas and New Year . Back to Top!

 
 

When I submit my reservation, where does my request go?

 
 

All travel arrangements are processed through the Reservation Department of Summit Tours . All reservation will be followed up within 24 hours with an email .

We will also email you an official Voucher with a Confirmation Number to submit to the hotel upon arrival includes all the details of your room booking along with the requested preferences . Back to Top!

 
 

Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?

 
 

Once your reservation is confirmed and your payment are settled, you will be provided with an official voucher dully signed and stamped by Summit Tours official and states the hotel confirmation number and all other details of your booking. This Voucher you will submit directly to the hotel upon arrival. Whereby you will have your rooms provided accordingly. The Previlage of using Summit Tours is that we are an Egyptian Travel Company Licensed by the Ministry of Tourism as " Class A " and we are also a member of The Egyptian Association of the Travel Agencies in Egypt . In View Thereof , you are dealing with an official company and you can contact us while you are in Egypt if you face any problems , and our operators will assist you right on the spot Back to Top!

 
 

Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?

 
 

Yes you can, but the prices displayed on Summit Tours are available only through our service. If you make a reservation at the hotel, you will be charged on average 40% to 50% more. Back to Top!

 
 

When do you check availability?

 
 

We have our allotment rooms with most of the hotels all over Egypt, and we check the availability through our rooms once you submit the reservation form, after that we get back to you with the confirmation of availability within 24 hours from receiving your request.

Will you confirm my reservation by fax or phone?

 
 

Usually we make confirmations by e-mail, so please make double sure that you have provided us the correct e-mail address. Although if you cannot provide an email address, we will send the confirmation by fax. Back to Top!

When do I need to Pay?

 
 

Once we confirm reservation in return E-mail for you, you will be given Option date that you need to settle all your payments on or before this date . Failure to settle all the payments before the Option date your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

If I failed to settle payments with in due date can my reservation be still accepted?

 
 

Yes it will be accepted but can't promise the same hotel will be available for your requested dates it is always subject to availability of the hotel space and our allocation with the hotel. Back to Top!

 
 

How do I pay you ?

 
 

Once your reservation is confirmed our finance staff will email you a Performa Invoice and our bank details, and you will be requested to wire the due payment to our bank account . Once your payment is received our finance staff will email you a confirmation email serves to confirm receiving your payment . Back to Top!

Can I Pay by Bank Transfers ?

Yes of course you can, our finance staff will email you our bank details in Egypt in order to wire the due payment to our bank account in Egypt .Back to Top!

 

 
 

Can I pay with credit card ?

 
 

Unfortunately Payment online services is not available in Egypt , though you can use your credit card for shopping in Egypt in many places if you are physically present in Egypt .

Children Policy in hotels all over Egypt is as follows :-

1- From One Day Old to 2 years old Free of any charges

2- From 2 years old to 11 years old will enjoy 50% discount

3- From 11 years old and up will be treated as an adult rate.

Cancellation POLICY

 

What is your Cancellation policy ?

1) Cancellation policy will be advice to you by our reservation staff when you make a booking since the cancellation policy of each hotels vary from each other.

2) No show - means no email or notification of cancellation received to our office that guest is unable to travel before the check-in date. Payments are not refundable and will be forfeited accordingly.

3) Unused vouchers - No refund provided in event of cancellation or alteration for the services mentioned in the voucher which the guest might decide not to use once the date of check-in
